    • On the author page, Amazon now encourages you to lock in a custom URL for your author page. Instead of a long string of numbers, your URL can be Remember, you need to look for this option in Author Central.
    • Amazon opened online sales in Spain and Italy on December 1st. Author Central in these countries doesn’t appear to be functioning yet, but we’ll let you know.

One of its popular features is being able to make notes and highlights and trying to access these online. There is an iOS app that will be released on November 2013 which will make it convenient for Kindle users to access their notes and highlights as these can be found under one place.

Snippefy ( is going to be a great app as users will be able to share their notes and highlights on social media and also export them to Evernote, Dropbox and email.
